Quality Laboratory Services are offered close and convenient at Fort Loudoun Medical Center Laboratory Services. As a member of Covenant Health, Fort Loudoun Laboratory Services has all the resources of Covenant Health Laboratory Services to better serve Loudon County.

Fort Loudoun Laboratory is a full-service primary reference laboratory with histology and pathology consultative services available. It operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide the best quality of service that includes comprehensive laboratory testing and outreach services. STAT laboratory testing services are available around-the-clock for emergency situations. Laboratory Services at Fort Loudoun also includes immediate communication of “critical values” and offer specimen collection and transport supplies at no additional charge.

The Fort Loudoun Medial Center Laboratory is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, licensed by the State of Tennessee, and certified by the Department of Health and Human Services under the Clinical Laboratory Improvements Amendments (CLIA) to provide testing services.
